The phrase “ability to do things never done before” appeals a lot to me. With the innovative use of Web 2.0 tools, we can solve problems, very old problems we thought we could never solve before:

Coaching and Twitter – is a service for friends, family, and co–workers to be able to communicate and stay connected through exchange of quick, frequent answers to one simple question: What are you doing?
Twitter would be an interesting tool to use between two people who are coaching each other or helping each other to instantly get feedback on daily activities as they happen.
I think it would be a great concept if we have a widget to help workers, staff and leaders, instantly calculate their learning impacts or training results. Then maybe we can answer the question: “What productive value did my learning have on my job?”
Just as many of us are obsessed with measuring and watching our diet, there could also be a good way to use Web 2.0, like using Twitter, to monitor the learning impacts in our work and staying focused on calculating values.
