How do you grow and expand learners’ leadership and people skills using ChatGPT?
By engaging in exploratory conversations using ChatGPT, learners are encouraged to delve into context-specific narratives, challenges, and opportunities, which help facilitate their personal growth and development with a focus on expansion.
In this Situation Expert LABs experiment, we asked learners to look for stories and insights using ChatGPT. This process provided feedback, suggested alternative strategies, and encouraged learners to consider different perspectives. It allowed them to practice decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in a safe and supportive environment. Participants pursued their interests, were inspired by stories, and grew their curiosity – which reinforces the need for learning.
